again i have to create an evil guy for a comic. this time a robotic fellow

How its done...

this time i'll tell something how i make my comics. at first after some pages sketching and roughly planning the actions i draw a pencil pic
then i scan it into the pc and change contrast and tonal value to make the lines more black. in the following steps i colour it with photoshop and thats it. if you are interrested in how i paint it in detail (cast shadows etc) then I'll add some more lessons soon :)

How to draw heads

drawing figures step by step has lots of benefits. first briefly sketch the object and then go into detail more and more. the technique with the + in the face may be a bit difficult at first but with a bit practice it leads to better pics than sketching without scales
